단비 (Danbi) means “sweet rain”: the welcome rain that arrives exactly when it’s needed. That’s what we hope a meal here feels like: a bubbling pot of soft tofu on a cool evening, sizzling galbi shared around the table, a hot stone bowl of bibimbap that crackles as you mix it.
At Danbi, we cook the Korean comfort food we grew up with: soups and stews simmered the traditional way, meats marinated in our own sweet and savory sauces, and every meal served with an assortment of banchan.
